type='text'>I avoid this problem by loading the gel and runnin...</title><content type='html'>I avoid this problem by loading the gel and running the samples in for about 20 minutes in a &amp;#39;non-submarine&amp;#39; manner (i.e. with the running buffer making electrical contact with the ends of the gel but not overlaying it).
